I have had the pleasure just coming across this company (so glad I did) not knowing much about air rifles I spoke to a staff member on the phone and it was a pleasure talking to him, very professional polite abs extremely knowledgeable, above all prices of air guns are absolutely fantastic. After a rocky start no fault of pellpax it was the supplier to blame, I changed my order and have nothing to say apart from excellent, my order came within a week delivered to my door and because the item I ordered was a little cheaper I received extra BB's and CO2 casuals, the service I received was excellent, I only have 1 criticism, answering emails I sent several and also the leave a message which I did on numerous occasions but never once had a reply, I had to phone them direct to sort my order, apart from that the service was excellent and I am very happy with the item I received, I would recommend pellpax to anyone, many thanks to you all at Pellpax

Can't fault pellpax one bit, I was recommended by a friend to use them, so I emailed to see if they could find me a second hand rifle. They had one with everything I wanted in stock, Jack rang me, so I placed the order. Very polite lad and helpful. I was a little worried on delivery as I didn't hear anything for a while so I emailed and Alex responded quickly with a delivery update and time. Got my slot, the driver turned up an hour earlier which was brilliant. I'd 100% use pellpax again. 10/10 start to finish. Ps, the gun is like brand new and works an absolute treat, scope zerod and was spot on.

I had an issue with an item I bought and the team at Pellpax went out of their way to resolve the fault and return it to me within a few days. I have bought numerous items from the Pellpax team and will continue to do so as product quality and service is second to none.

Excellent from start to finish. When I enquired via the website Pellpax called and talked me through the rifle and pistol I wanted to purchase. Delivery was bang on time and purchase didn't disappoint. Great customer service, well done.

Purchased rabbit sniper kit delivered as they said with a delay due too Covid 19 started using gun and silencer fell off, sent two new grub screws fitted them silencer fell off again contact them and going back for warranty repair still awaiting for them too pick it up had no communication on date of pick up or anything I really need the gun picking up and repairing ASAP.
